Veterinarian & owner
Dr. Jon Jacobson, DVM
Dr. Jacobson is the veterinarian and owner of North Hoffman Veterinary Clinic. He founded the clinic to offer a more personal, friendly style of veterinary medicine, with time to get to know patients and clients and discuss their health concerns.
Before veterinary medicine, he worked as a clinical microbiologist in human medicine. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine in 2002. Dr. Jacobson is federally accredited and has experience with the paperwork involved in exporting pets from the United States to Japan and other countries.
Dr. Jacobson speaks a little Japanese. Please call if Japanese-language support would be helpful.
